Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Installed or custom-configured products (e.g., automation systems, wiring, personalized setups) cannot be returned, but may qualify for service/support adjustments.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom installations and design services

  • Opened software, licenses, or digital products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, returns must be shipped back using a traceable method.

  3. After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees, installation charges, and service costs are non-refundable.

  • If the returned product is damaged or incomplete, a partial refund may apply.

Exchange Policy
