Installed or custom-configured products (e.g., automation systems, wiring, personalized setups) cannot be returned, but may qualify for service/support adjustments.

Return Process
Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization.
Once approved, returns must be shipped back using a traceable method.
After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees, installation charges, and service costs are non-refundable.
If the returned product is damaged or incomplete, a partial refund may apply.
